Recent studies show that Mindfulness training reduces stress and burnout, as well as significantly enhances productivity among working teams.

In a recent case study conducted by the OWBA team with a major international corporation,  a 12% increase in prioritizing skills was reported following participation in the 6-week Mindfulness program. Most notably:

64% of participants reported having better control of their own time

45% more of participants reported setting out clear goals when carrying out tasks

35% of participants found they were less easily distracted
