Organizational Development – Dizengoff Group , Herzliya, 2011-2014

Dana was the Organizational Development manager for the Dizengoff Group; she was responsible to establish a new marketing department and to launch company’s largest scale Real-estate project, “Lagoon”, with an estimated sales value of 250M$:

  • Led a structural organisational change through analysis and management intervention and implemented annual OD action plan.
  • Managed the global OD processes with the UK and Israel offices and representatives; Facilitated communication among management.
  • Developed and implemented Talent Management Programs; Evaluated employees performance and provide career assessments.
  • Coached and advised top management in the recruiting process to utilise organisational methodologies and tools.
